2.1 Age Restriction

You must be eighteen (18) years of age to purchase our products. Vape Escape UAE will not sell products to minors and we reserve the right to cancel any transaction where we believe the purchaser intends to purchase products on behalf of a minor. Age verification may be required at the point of delivery.

2.2 Product Use

Electronic cigarettes and vape devices do not cure nicotine addiction — they serve as an alternative nicotine delivery method. If you suffer from nicotine dependence we recommend consulting your healthcare provider regarding Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). We are not a pharmaceutical company and do not manufacture or sell medicinal products.

Nicotine in high doses can be harmful. You agree that our products are to be used at your own risk. Vape Escape UAE shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on any product we supply. Goods are not supplied on a trial or return basis unless defective.

2.3 Product Pricing and Ordering

The total price of goods ordered will be the price shown at the time of order. Full purchase price plus shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order. Placing items in your cart does not reserve them — stock is only confirmed upon completed payment.

2.4 Sales Taxes (VAT)

All products are duty paid in the United Arab Emirates. Purchase prices include VAT at the current rate of 5% where applicable, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.

2.5 Shipping & Delivery

We offer the following delivery options within the UAE:

  • Dubai — Same-Day Delivery: AED 25. Orders placed before 7:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery. Free delivery on orders above AED 299.
  • Abu Dhabi — Same-Day Delivery: AED 25 standard / AED 60 express (1–3 hours). Free delivery above AED 299.
  • Other Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ): AED 25. Delivered within 24–48 hours. Free delivery above AED 299.
