At Vape Escape UAE, your satisfaction is our priority. Our return and exchange policy is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

For return or exchange requests, contact us via WhatsApp +971 52 769 2567 or visit our store at Shop No. 2, Zada Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. All returned products must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Once a product is opened or used, a refund or exchange is not applicable due to hygiene and personal safety regulations.
  • Any unopened product purchased from Vape Escape UAE online or in-store can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds for purchases made by credit or debit card will be processed only to the same card used for the original transaction. Cash refunds are available in-store at our Business Bay location.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • 6-month warranty applies to vape devices only, from the date on the original purchase invoice.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.
  • Products showing signs of damage due to misuse, physical damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for warranty claims. Liquid damage and physical damage are not covered.
  • Warranty does not apply to: Disposable vapes, e-liquids, or accessories.
  • Vape Escape UAE reserves the right to accept or decline any warranty or return claim at its discretion.

How to Make a Return or Exchange Request

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
  3. Bring or ship the product (unopened, in original packaging) to our store
  4. Exchange or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
